Orders
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If an item is out of stock we refund you in full.

Memberships
AXIS Plus renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from the app or your account; access continues to the end of the paid month.

Shipping
Orders ship within 2 working days. Delivery times are estimates. Duties and taxes for international orders are shown at checkout.

Returns
Return the watch within 30 days for a full refund. Start a return from the link in your order email.

Privacy
We collect only what we need to process your order and, if you sign up, to send you news. Health data stays on your watch and phone unless you choose to share it.
